Company culture is shaped by what leaders do, not just what they say. In this episode, TMG’s Robert Williams sits down with Taylor Griffin and Liz Kelly to talk about how culture takes root through behavior. They explore how leadership choices—what gets rewarded, what gets overlooked, and how decisions are made—send powerful cultural signals. Drawing on their experience advising senior executives, they examine how consistency builds culture and how leaders can use everyday interactions such as team meetings, one-on-ones, and decision points to reinforce the values that matter most.
