Team Felicia Munion Senior Consultant Felicia Munion is a Senior Consultant at TMG, where she supports the Firm’s leadership development projects by participating in and leading 360 assessments, executive coaching and development, and CEO succession planning. Felicia has extensive operations, marketing, and talent development expertise gained through founding and growing several start-ups in the for-profit health care industry before joining TMG to focus on leadership development. In her early career, Felicia practiced Intellectual Property Law and Litigation at Lewis & Roca LLP and completed a clerkship with Judge Harris L Hartz on the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. She has extensive experience living and working overseas and obtained a Masters in Global Business Law from the University of Paris I in France. Felicia is a certified professional coach and is certified in Hogan Assessments and the Energy Leadership Index. She is conversant in French and Mandarin. She currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
