Team Mallory Stempfley Chief of Staff Mallory Stempfley is the Chief of Staff at TMG, where she draws from her expertise in organizational development and business operations to support the CEO and senior executives. She is also part of TMG’s artificial intelligence (AI) working group. Mallory previously served as both Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at Kinetik, where she focused on strategic initiatives and executive support functions, contributing significantly to the company’s operational efficiency. Before Kinetik, she was the Director of Business Development for Speechagain, an AI company developing a voice recognition tool for adults with speech impediments. Mallory is based in New York City.
