Team Alison Hunter Managing Director Alison “Ali” Hunter is a Managing Director at TMG and an executive coach, partnering with investors, boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, succession readiness, and team performance. Her work brings clarity to high-stakes leadership decisions and strategy, helping leaders and firms navigate complexity with confidence and maximize impact. Ali’s clients include private equity firms and their portfolio companies, public companies, and founder-led organizations where she works across executive coaching, leadership assessment, succession planning, and team effectiveness. Prior to joining TMG, Alison was a Managing Director at talent firm Raines International where she grew and co-led the firm’s Leadership Advisory business. She was previously a senior member of Raines’ Executive Search team, contributing to both business development and search execution. Ali is based in Boston and received her coaching certification through the Co-Active Training Institute.
