Team Alison Hunter Managing Director Alison Hunter is a Managing Director at TMG, where she partners with clients across the firm’s offerings, including executive assessment and coaching, senior team succession planning, leadership offsites, and board effectiveness. She brings deep expertise advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as publicly traded organizations across a range of industries. Prior to joining TMG, Alison was a Managing Director at talent firm Raines International, growing and co-leading the firm’s Leadership Advisory business. She was previously a senior member of Raines’ Executive Search team, contributing to both business development and search execution. Alison is based in Boston.
