Angela Gillespie

She brings deep experience guiding both private equity-backed portfolio companies and large global public companies through high-stakes inflection points, including succession, M&A integration, and market disruption.

Prior to joining TMG, Angela served in multiple C-suite roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief People Officer in commercial companies. At Real Chemistry, a global leader in healthcare marketing and communication services, she helped scale the company from $50M to a $3B market cap, leading through two successful private equity exits. She oversaw M&A integration of talent and operations across 11 acquisitions in 18 months, built scalable infrastructure for an 1,800-person global team, and delivered significant revenue and profit growth leveraging AI-powered analytics and insights. Earlier, Angela was a member of the executive team at NeuWave Medical, where she helped lead the company’s successful strategic acquisition by Johnson & Johnson. She also held senior leadership roles at Covidien (acquired by Medtronic), where she was directly involved in acquisition readiness and growth planning. She began her career in marketing and communications, advising leading consumer brands on brand strategy and positioning. She is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
