Team Bella Schumacher Analyst Bella Schumacher is an analyst at TMG, where she plays a key role in supporting strategic client engagements centered on leadership development, executive assessments, and organizational effectiveness. In her role she conducts qualitative and quantitative research and contributes to the design and delivery of leadership programs and executive coaching initiatives. Prior to joining TMG, Bella gained experience supporting talent and strategy-focused initiatives across the family enterprise space.
