Team Bobby Williams Senior Consultant Bobby Williams is a Senior Consultant at TMG, where he supports content creation and leadership team effectiveness projects, including facilitating offsites and workshops. He also works closely with the firm’s clients to drive leadership assessment, succession planning, and other talent management initiatives. Before joining TMG, Bobby was a Project Manager for the CEO of a tech media startup. He also worked in Human Capital Research at Gartner Inc., supporting Fortune 250 clients across DE&I, Talent Analytics, and Talent Management through research and advisory.
