She has advised on numerous CEO succession projects, partnering closely with boards and key stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions for companies across industries, including financial services, technology, media, industrial products, consumer products, manufacturing, and healthcare. Courtney also has significant experience assessing and developing senior executives across both Fortune 500 Companies and private investment-backed portfolio companies. Prior to joining TMG in 2013, she was responsible for market entry strategy, acquisition integrations, and retail e-commerce expansion for LivingSocial in Asia. Courtney has also held roles in marketing and investment banking with American Express in Beijing and FBR & Co. in New York. She is based in New York.
