Team Jeffrey Cass Managing Director Jeffrey Cass is a Managing Director at TMG, where he coaches senior executives to improve their leadership effectiveness and range. He supports clients across all of TMG’s offerings, leveraging 25+ years of experience helping organizations optimize leadership performance. Jeff specializes in providing executive assessment and coaching that combines strategic business understanding with world-class executive coaching principles. Prior to joining TMG, Jeff was a Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, a multi-billion dollar global business consulting firm, where he oversaw the firm’s Leadership Consulting offerings. He conducted assessments and coaching for senior executives to develop them as leaders – often as they faced key strategic business contexts, including profitability improvement, transformations, M&A, rapid growth, and other moments that test alignment and team performance. He’s served clients as large as the Fortune 50 and worked extensively with private equity firms, evaluating and coaching portfolio company leaders across acquisitions, exits, and expansion. Before Alvarez & Marsal, Jeff worked in the Human Capital Consulting practices of Ernst & Young (EY) and Andersen. He is based in Houston, TX.
