Team Maizie Nelson Senior Consultant Maizie Nelson is a Senior Consultant at TMG, where she supports clients through executive assessments, leadership development, senior team succession planning, and one-on-one executive coaching. Her expertise in organizational change, stakeholder management, and communications extends across industries, including aerospace & defense, industrials, CPG healthcare, and financial services. Prior to joining TMG, Maizie was a member of Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, advising clients on large-scale enterprise transformations. She also led numerous technology implementations and process optimization projects across HR, IT, and financial management organizations.
